š¢ NOTICE TO ALL ACCREDITED TVET INSTITUTIONS: REMINDER AND EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF 2025 ANNUAL RETURNS
The Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA) wishes to remind all accredited and registered TVET institutions of the requirement to submit their 2025 Annual Returns data as of 31st October 2025, in accordance with Section 41(1) of the TVET Act, CAP 210A.
The data submitted will be used to update the Authorityās database and to support official national reporting, including publication of the Annual Economic Survey. The Authority acknowledges institutions that have already complied; however, some institutions are yet to submit the required data. To allow adequate time for compliance, the deadline for submission of the 2025 Annual Returns has been extended to 20th January 2026. Institutions are reminded that the Annual Returns should be submitted using the standardized reporting format previously shared through official communication channels. All institutions that have not yet submitted are encouraged to take advantage of this extended deadline to ensure compliance.
