The Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA) has issued an official notice to all accredited TVET institutions, including National Polytechnics, Technical and Vocational Colleges, University TVET Directorates, and Vocational Training Centres, requesting the submission of their 2025 Annual Self-Evaluation Reports.
In line with Section 41(1) of the TVET Act, CAP 210A, every accredited institution must submit its annual report in the prescribed format to the Board.
To support the process, TVETA has provided a standardized format for capturing institutional data as of 31st October 2025. This information will be used to update the Authority’s database and support national-level reporting, including inputs to the National Economic Survey by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics.
Institutions are required to submit their reports through the official online form provided in the circular. The deadline for submission is 15th December 2025.
