Josephine A. Kasera has a Masters in Entrepreneurship Development. She has undertaken several short courses including Strategic Leadership Development Programme (SLDP), Senior Management Course (SMC), KAB Key Facilitators Course- ITCILO, Education for Science and Technology- Israel, Project Planning and Management and a TOT in Entrepreneurship Development. Mrs. Kasera is also a KAB key facilitator for the East and Southern Africa.
She has a vast experience in the TVET sector spanning 31 years, six years of which were spent as a trainer and 25 years in Quality Assurance in various capacities. Before her appointment to the position of Director Standards and Compliance, Mrs. Kasera was Deputy Director, Compliance and Enforcement for 3 three years at TVET Authority.
